I have had to privilege of knowing Carl for almost 18 years. He was one of the most intelligent men I ever met. He would share stories about his Georgia Tech football team and the game of golf. He also loved to talk fast cars but most importantly, he always expressed his love for his wife Katherine. He will truly be missed but never forgotten.
