Our Beloved Charles received his wings on October 31, 2019 surrounded by family and best friend. He leaves to mourn his parents Patricia Kline Murray (Stanley Murray) and Jack C. Tell Sr., grandparents, Mieko Kline and Don Kline, siblings Jasmin Tell (Derrick Miller), Sadie Mackell (Marcus Mackell), Jack Tell Jr. (Ciara Tell), Ravyn Simpson, Dominque Mitchell, Deon Howell, Danielle Howell and Volate Tell. Also, his best friend Thionta Buchner and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members and friends. He is proceeded in death by Grandfather Charles Richard Tell Sr., Stepmother Violet Edwards Tell, Uncle Don Kline Jr., and brother Daniel Tell.
