

Clarito “Chito” Cajulis, a devoted husband, loving father and grandfather, adoring life partner and cherished friend, passed away on April 12th, 2025 at the age of 90. He was born on May 22,1934 in Hulugan, Tanza, Cavite, Philippines. Chito leaves behind a legacy of 20 years of service to the US Navy and nearly 20 years of civil service at Balboa Naval Hospital. He was a man who loved to cook for his loved ones, who loved to tend to the family cars, and was known for giving impactful life advice to the younger generations who loved him. Chito had many friends. His kindness and easy, hospitable demeanor attracted many people over the long years of his life. Til his death, he would always run into old friends at the Navy Exchange, the mall or the local McDonalds. He will be remembered for his kind and generous spirit and heart. He is survived by his only child Trilla (Steven) Cajulis, his grandchildren Makena and Olivia Sekimoto, his life partner Zenaida Montgomery and her children Tim (Alex) and Melissa (John) Montgomery and his grandchildren Ford, Cash, and Levi. Chito is also survived by his last surviving brother, Renyaldo Cajulis, countless nieces and nephews, and many friends and neighbors. A viewing will be held on Friday, May 9th at 5-9pm and a memorial service with interment and reception will be held on Saturday, May 10th at 9:00am. Both will be at Glen Abbey Memorial Park at the Little Chapel of Roses.
