

Conrado Ebalo Espinosa, 87, of Chula Vista, CA passed away on Tuesday, January 14, 2020. Born in Olongapo City, Philippines, he was the son of the late Pedro Ednalino Espinosa and Concepcion Eviota Ebalo-Espinosa.
Conrado spent over 38 years of dedicated and honorable service as a government employee in the Philippines from 1950 to 1955 and from 1964 to 1997. He held various clerical positions at the President Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Hospital in Iba, Zambales and later became the Clerk of Court at the Municipal Court also in Iba, Zambales. In July 1969, he transferred to the San Marcelino District Hospital in San Marcelino, Zambales where he served as the Administrative Officer until January 1975 when he returned to the President Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Hospital to be the Administrative officer until his retirement in September 1997. He immigrated to the United States immediately thereafter.
Condring, as he was fondly called, was a family man. A loving husband, father, grandfather and friend to everyone. He helped raise his grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with his great grandchildren. He loved to cook and enjoyed gardening. He was also an avid sports fan, spending his free time watching baseball, basketball and boxing. His laugh was infectious, and his stories entertained an entire room. He had a knack for always making you feel like you were part of his family.
Condring is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Natividad Cacho Espinosa, daughter Jocelyn (Rod) Liveringhouse, sons Roehl (Maricar) Espinosa, Neil Conrad (Alice) Espinosa and Conrado Jr (Ellen) Espinosa, sister Gloria Espinosa and brother Oswaldo Espinosa, 10 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Condring was predeceased by his parents and older brother, Generoso Espinosa.
Visitation will be held at Glen Abbey Mortuary Chapel, 3838 Bonita Road, Bonita CA 91902 from 5:00 to 9:00 PM on January 31 and from 4:00 to 9:00 PM on February 1. His remains will be laid to rest in Iba, Zambales, Philippines. A funeral mass will be held at St Augustine’s Cathedral on Saturday, February 8 at 8:00 AM. Interment to follow at El Cielo Dela Paz Memorial Park, San Agustin, Iba, Zambales.
