I’ll never forget walking into the orphanage in China with Crystal as we waited to meet our daughters’ former nannies.  Crystal cried for what Laila had been through, and had only known her a day.  This was my first glimpse of
her caring heart.  Crystal and I didn’t know each other long before she passed but the time we spent in China made it a tight bond.  We made a reunion trip the year before she went to be with the Lord, and Crystal was always the one to organize reunions.  I doubt we’d have gotten together if not for her organization and persistence.  I’m so glad we did.  We had a blast, and I miss her.  Crystal was such a giver.
