Our heartfelt sympathy to Denis' family.  I remember Denis when my brother, Robert, would bring his family over to visit us in Arizona and Denis was so adorable and sweet, yet I couldn't help but notice his mischievous smile.  Although he grew up to be a young man, I will always remember him as a young boy filled with love and life.  Our Lord said: "Unless you become as little children, you shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven".  God bless Denis on his journey to heaven.  God bless my brother, Robert, his mother Vanessa, Robbie, Leslie, Arturo and all who loved him.

Denis era mi primo menor. Él era el güerito de la familia por lo cual siempre recibió atención especial. De niño era chistoso y travieso, con un espíritu libre. Le encantaba jugar afuera con sus hermanos y vecinitos. Tambien le encantaba jugar con su Nintendo 64. Recuerdo los intensos concursos de videojuegos entre él y su hermano. ¡Se ponían fuertes! A veces, su hermana o yo teníamos que intervenir. ¡JAJAJA! Durante la mayor parte de su infancia llevaba un corte de pelo estilo tazón muy de la decada de los 90as, por lo que nos burlabamos de él cuando bromeabamos ya de grandes. A veces, me tocaba cuidarlo, y recuerdo una vez mi tía me regañó porque le hice demasiados sándwiches de Peanut butter. Pero él me pidió cómo 3 de ellos y yo no sabía como decirle que no. A medida que él iva creciendo y madurando, se volvío más callado y tímido, pero siempre era muy amable y sincero. Le encantaba la música rock, los piercings, los skinny jeans y los gorros. Cómo un joven adulto, luchó contra demonios internos, igual que la mayoría de nosotros, pero se esforzó mucho por ayudarse a sí mismo y tomar el buen camino. Al final, Dios lo llamó para estar a su lado. Dios tiene un plan para cada uno de nosotros y no podemos escapar de él. Rezo para que Dios les dé a su madre y a sus hermanos la fuerza para manejar el dolor de perder a su hermoso niño, y rezo para que encuentren consuelo al saber que Denis finalmente está libre de cualquier dolor, angustia y aflicción que alguna vez lo preocupó. Su alma es libre por fin y se regocija en el reino de nuestro Padre Celestial. Que su familia encuentre consuelo al saber que Denis los cuida desde arriba hasta que se reencuentren en la vida eterna a la que todos estamos destinados. Te amo, Denis. - Daniella

Denis was my younger cousin. He was the “guerito” of the family so he always received special attention for that. As a boy, he was a funny, care-free spirit who was always laughing and smiling. He loved playing outside and playing on the Nintendo 64. I remember the intense gaming matches between he and his brother. They got heated! Sometimes his sister or I would have to intervene. LOL! He sported a ‘90s bowl haircut through most of his childhood, which we made fun of him for when we got older. Sometimes, I’d have to babysit him and I remember one time I got in trouble by my tia because I made him too many PB&J sandwiches. He asked for like 3 of them, but I didn’t know how to say No to him. As he matured, he became more quiet and shy, but he was always very kind and sincere. He loved rock music, piercings, skinny jeans and beanies. In his young adulthood he struggled with internal demons, as most of us do, but he tried very hard to help himself and get on the right path. Ultimately, God called him to be by his side. God has a plan for each of us and we can’t escape it. I pray that God gives his mother and siblings the strength to handle the pain of losing their beautiful boy, and I pray that they find solace in knowing that Denis is finally free from any pain, anguish and affliction that ever troubled him. His soul is free at last rejoicing in the kingdom of our Heavenly Father. May his family find comfort in knowing that Denis looks after them from above until they reunite in the eternal life for which we are all destined. I love you, Denis. – Daniella

Mi niño lindo aun me cuesta aceptar tu partida, nos dejaste un gran dolor, pero me reconforta saber que estas feliz haya en donde hay paz y amor al lado de los angeles..siempre estaras en mi corazon....te extrañaremos tu  recuerdo siempre seguira en nuestras corazones.

Estás sin dolor ni sufrimiento, cantas, bailas al lado de Los Angeles, cuanta felicidad te puedo ver en tu rostro hermoso angelical mi niño hermoso, fuistes y serás siendo nuestro pío por toda la eternidad, tu presencia aún está y seguirá estando presente hasta que llegue el día de re encontrarnos.
