Edmund Walter Stahl

Ed passed away on September 14, 2021 at the age of 93. His daughter Karen and son Michael were with him on this day. His, beautiful love of life, Gloria Marguerite Stahl preceded Ed. He shared daily how much Gloria was his whole world and how much he missed her. Happy Tears of joy, Ed has been reunited in heaven with his beautiful love Gloria and son David Anthony and our heavenly father.

Ed is a 1946 SUHI graduate, an attended 2 years of college. A San Diego, National City native. He enjoyed & looked forward to attending each of his annual class reunions.

Ed took employment with Arnolds Garage. Later Ed & Gloria would open their own automotive repair business “Broadway Automotive”

Ed was active in the community, locally and participating and providing early father leadership roles in the Indian guides, cub scouts with his sons Mike & Tom. Served as treasurer & President of AMA district 38 High Boots motorcycle club, motor cross, desert, and TT races. And could be seen racing at El Cajon speedway in a stock car.

He loved family activities, dancing, competitive bowling, family camping, boating, hunting, and fishing. Along with go kart and motorcycle racing with Mike, Tom, and Thomas Joshua regularly.

Ed is survived by his children Michael and spouse Sharon, Thomas, Karen and husband Murray, Grandchildren Brandon Murray Hoffman and spouse Shena, Anthony Michael Hoffman, Thomas Joshua Stahl, Great grandchildren, Carson James Hoffman, and Luke Anthony Hoffman.
