Edna Cathran Wright was born in Virginia on February 9, 1923. The best part of life for Edna was when she met a quiet and handsome Marine, Carl Peterson. They were married for 48 years until his death in 2000. Together they had three daughters; Alice Kemper, Ella Sue Benedict and Christine Peterson.
She is survived by those daughters along with her son-in-laws; Michael Benedict and Thomas Kemper; four grandchildren; Sara Messmore, Richard Benedict, Tiara Esani and Matthew Kemper. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren; Owen Messmore, Ronin Benedict, Avery Esani and Kellan Esani.
Special recognition goes out to Edna’s caregivers, Diane Kester and Angela Bruser for giving her excellent service and love.
She remains forever in our hearts.
