He is survived by his wife Maria Concepcion (Conching), 3 children, Margie, Julius and Steve, 7 grandchildren, Julianne, Brianna, Aric, Oshen, Cortez, Morey and Reef. He is predeceased by his daughter, Wilma in September 1960.
He was born February 12, 1930 in the Province of Santa Maria, Philippines to Maria Dandin and Leocadio Pena. He met his wife Conching in 1958 and they married January 10, 1960. They raised 3 children together and settled in San Diego, CA. He was a humble man who loved his wife and family especially his grandchildren.
