Ev, I met you just about a year ago through Patty. I only got to see you on just a few occaisions and have always been struck by your kindness; your strong leadership abilities; your competative spirit; and your pretty smile.  Now I can add inspiring to the list--you are such a fighter Ev. You are with God now, but you live on in all of the hearts of the people who knew and loved you.  We are all better persons for having known you--I know I am, even as brief as it was.  God bless you my friend.

 Words can't describe the void that's in my heart because you're gone. The good times we shared are memories that I will cherish forever. I miss you soooo much. You are now at rest and among angels and I'm sure organizing a Bunko game ;)

To the family of Evelyn. I was in drill team with Evelyn when I was a sophmore and she was a senior.  We were roommates on our trip to Hawaii. She was a great "big sister" to me.  She always had the best advice to give me in my time of need.
I pray for your hearts to accept the light from our God in heaven. May Evelyn rest in peace.
