Fe F. Natividad was born in Camiling, Tarlac, Philippines in 1935. She was the youngest of 5 children of Feliciano and Marcela Felix. Fe graduated from Philippine Normal College with a BS in Elementary Education and became a designated district Model Teacher. In 1966, she married Perfecto A. Natividad. They had three children: Perfecto U. Natividad Jr., Olga N. Scarda, and Edith F. Natividad. Fe's grandchildren are Nichole, Brandon, Isabella, and Dean.
