Florence Duenas Borja, formerly of Dededo Guam and resided in Chula Vista, California passed away on Monday October 29, 2018. She now joins in Heaven, her parents, Asuncion & Joaquin Q. Duenas, her parents in law, Odurfina & Julian A. Borja, her siblings, Francisco B.& Juanita F. Duenas, Lourdes D. & Francisco Lujan, Josefina D. Santos, and her in laws: Miguel Salas, Julian C. Borja, Antonio C. Borja, Roque C. & Elizabeth B. Untalan, Julia B. & Jose Cabrera, Rosita B. Duenas, Lourdes B. & Jose Benavente, and Oliva B. Benavente.
She will forever remain in the hearts of her spouse Joaquin C. Borja, her children: Andrew & Luwina Borja (Jennifer & Kevin Haskins(Hudson), Avian & Maricella George(Monique, Orion, Avian Jr, Uriah), Samantha George(Jaden, Trinity, Kiliana), Andrew Jr, Kinton, Jaylene), Bernice & Kelly Thompson (Florence & Christopher Chien, Kamarin, Katelynn), Craig Borja & Rose Pocaigue (Craig Borja Jr & Felicidad Ruder, Charlene Borja & Matt Cabrera(Gabriel), Jesse, Cory), Donna Borja & Shayne Raymond (Deonna, Shayonna, Shayde), Eric Borja & Shalina Matanane (Shaine, Pierce, Valina, Caiden, Peiliana), her sister, Concepcion D. Salas, her in-laws: Jose. P. Santos, Raymond Q. Duenas, Carmen B. & Daniel Quintanilla, Pauline F. Borja and numerous nieces and nephews.
Viewing for Florence will be held Monday, November 12, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Glen Abbey's Main Mortuary Chapel, 3838 Bonita Rd., Bonita, CA 91902. Funeral mass will be on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at 10:00 AM at St. Pius X, 1120 Cuyamaca Ave, Chula Vista, CA 91911.
