Florita Molas, aged 94, born in Pampanga, Philippines, passed away peacefully on Aug. 25, 2025. A life marked by profound faith, selfless service, and a deep, abiding love for her family, Florita’s memory will forever be a source of strength and comfort to those who knew her.
Born and raised with a heart for service, Florita dedicated her life to shaping young minds as an exemplary elementary school teacher. She went the extra mile for her students, seeing their potential and nurturing it with patience and care. Her commitment to education was a testament to her belief in a brighter future, one child at a time.
Florita's greatest joy, however, was her family. For 64 beautiful years, she was the devoted wife of Enrique Molas Sr. Together, they built a family founded on faith and love. She was an exceptional mother to Enrique Jr. (married to Rosemarie), Ernesto (married to Annalissa), and Eloisa (married to Ariel). Her role as a peacemaker and a compassionate helper in times of need was a constant source of stability and comfort for her children and the wider family. The legacy of her love continues through her cherished grandchildren: Joanne, Timothy, Victor (married to Angelika), Jarrod, and Lianna. She was especially proud to become a great-grandmother to Preston, Logan, and Milan, the children of Victor and Angelika.
As a devout Catholic, her faith was a deep and reverent awe of God that shaped her character and guided her decisions. She was a woman of strength and dignity who built up her household with wisdom and purpose. She recognized her vital role in creating an environment where her children could thrive physically and spiritually, pouring out a wellspring of unconditional love. She taught her children to navigate the world by a moral compass rooted in kindness, integrity, and faith. She was a beacon of light whose love will continue to shine in the hearts of all who were touched by her kindness.
Florita is survived by her husband, her children, her grandchildren, and her great-grandchildren, all of whom will carry her memory in their hearts. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
We love you, Nanay!
