Frances Armstrong, age 96, of San Diego, California passed away on Wednesday, December 21, 2022.
A graveside service for Frances will be held Monday, January 16, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM at Glen Abbey Memorial Park and Mortuary, 3838 Bonita Road, Bonita, CA 91902.
