Haidenia C Angelito

Haidenia was born on January 14, 1934 in Tarlac, The Philippines. After Haidenia graduated from high school she went on to study in college but discontinued her education after meeting her future husband Porfirio Angelito who was serving in the United States Navy.

They immediately married and soon after we’re stationed in the United States. They planted roots in San Diego, California and went on to have three children, Haidy, Wayne, and Richard.

In 1996, Haidenia retired and spent her time enjoying the pursuit of dancing and gambling. Haidenia and Porfirio we're devoted fans of The Lawrence Welk Show enjoying specifically the ballroom dancing which would spawn their passion to learn all types of dances. Together, they would display their prowess on the dance floor and was always recognized as one of the best couples. She was also an avid mahjong player and a regular at the casinos. With uncanny expertise and good fortune, she enjoyed the thrill of challenging Lady Luck.

Haidenia was predeceased by her husband, Porfirio and her daughter, Haidy. She is survived by her sons, Wayne and Richard.

Services will be held at Glen Abbey Memorial Park and Mortuary. Visitation will be held on November 6, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held on November 7, 2023 beginning at 12:30 p.m. followed by a reception at Glen Abbey Orchid Pavillion.
