Hanna was born in Breslau, Germany. She was predeceased by her husband of 50 years, Robert Thomas White. She had a love of gardening and it could be seen throughout her home, multi-colored roses and a variety of flowers decorates both her front and back yard. It was always a pleasure hearing her stories about how she came to meet an American Army Soldier, her experience during WWII and family memories we grew fond of. What a blessing it was to hear and learn of so many her life experiences. She passed away peacefully on Sunday December 10, 2017. She’s survived by her niece, Barbara-Jean McGarrah, Meike Leiche, and nephew Lothar Leiche. She will forever be missed and loved. Rest in peace dear Hanna.
