I’m so sorry to hear that Jeanette has passed. I met her at the nursing home she lived in. We had just moved my great grandmother there and Jeanette sat at the dinner table with us. Jeanette had such a hard time eating on her own because she would shake. I had helped her that night and ever since then we had become friends. She never remembered my name but she knew who I was. We visited my grandmother multiple times a week and Jeanette was always included. We spent all the holidays and her birthday together. I know that she cherished our time together as much as I did. She always asked me about college and if I had boyfriend. She would reminisce about when she was younger and how she liked to go out dancing. I would always clean her glasses for her too because she couldn’t do it on her own. She was special to me. I had moved out of state that August and didn’t know Jeanette had passed but I’m glad she’s at peace now. My condolences to the family.
