Dear Jessie, 
I wish I knew what to say.  All these thoughts racing around my head I can hardly keep my mind straight.  But, I guess I just want you to know that I love you, and I'm forever grateful for you and every moment we've shared together.  You were always my rock--my person--through the good and bad.  I knew I could always count on you.  Always.   Ours was a special bond.  We brought out the best in one another.  And that bond can never be replaced--YOU will never be replaced.  I miss you every day, Bunso,  and my heart will ache for you every day for the rest of my life. I thank the good Lord for allowing us to finally meet a few years ago. Although I didn’t get a chance to meet you until my adult years, I grew up knowing you, “my Uncle Jesse.” My mom Judy made sure we knew who you were. I never really thought about it, but we are only 3 years apart, have the same birth month, and like to laugh and joke around. There will always be a connection, for you are “my UNCLE JESSE. ”  To my dearest San Diego ‘ohana and ‘ohana around the world, my thoughts and love are with you all during this difficult time. Mahal, our time together may have been cut, but the happiness we shared together, will last a lifetime. You will always be in my heart and the LOVE I have for you will never ever die.
