Reno was a bright and passionate young man, deeply loved by his family and friends. He is survived by his mother, Elena, and stepfather, John Evangelista; his aunt Cora and uncle Rod; his grandmother; and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and close friends.
A dedicated student, Reno was attending the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) on a full scholarship, pursuing a degree in Aerospace Engineering. His fascination with airplanes and fans began in childhood, often spending hours building intricate creations with his beloved LEGO sets. His curiosity and drive to understand how things worked never faded, shaping his dreams and academic pursuits.
Outside of his studies, Reno cherished time spent with family and friends. He was thoughtful, kind-hearted, and always ready with a smile. In quieter moments, he found joy in reading and exploring new ideas.
Reno’s life, though short, was filled with promise, love, and inspiration. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew him.
