

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Jose Arturo Piña Jr., beloved husband and devoted father, who left us on December 30, 2024 at the age of 45. A man of unwavering love and dedication, Jose was the heart and soul of our family. His passing leaves a profound void, but his legacy will live on through his cherished wife, children, and all who knew him.
Born in San Diego, Jose was a person of strength, kindness, and compassion. Throughout his life, he was a constant source of support and encouragement to those around him. His commitment to his family was unmatched, and was evident in every moment they shared.
Jose had a remarkable ability to make others feel seen and valued, whether through his conversations, his friendships, or the simple joy he found in spending time with loved ones. He had a great passion for baseball, football and golf, and his sense of humor and warmth brought light to all who encountered him.
His memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends, who will continue to honor his legacy of love, integrity, and kindness.
A celebration of his life will be held at The Chapel of the Roses at Glen Abbey, January 12, 2025 at 3pm, where we will gather to remember and share stories of his enduring impression on all.
He is survived by his loving wife, Liz, his children, Sofi, Nico, Noah, his parents Jose and Maria, his sisters Monica and Marcella, and his extended family and friends. He will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
