October 28, 2018. He is survived by his sister Kathleen and brother Harold. Nephews Todd, and Sean. Nieces Amy and Lindsey. Grand nephews Jacob, Joseph, Jack, and Lucas. Grand nieces Audra, Olivia, and MacKenzie. Joe was preceded in death by his father Charles and mother Laurel. He attended Old Fort Elementary and Junior High. In 1959 the family moved to California. Joe attended Mt. Miguel High School and Grossmont College where he excelled in football. He was a Vietnam Veteran and enjoyed trap shooting, watching the Chargers, and the Padres. He also loved working on cars, attending drag races and watching Nascar on Sundays. He loved spending time with his horse. Joe will be sorely missed by his family and friends. We'll meet you on the other side, God speed.
