

Judy Elizabeth Jarvis Ellis left us on December 2, 2020. She leaves behind her two children, Jennifer and Robert, and their families to cherish her memory. Services will be held at Glen Abbey in Chula Vista June 11, 2021. In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to the Stanford Cancer Discovery Fund.
Judy Elizabeth was born in South Bend Indiana to Robert and Betty Jarvis. The family soon moved to Texas and Judy spent her childhood in Houston, Texas. She is a graduate of Kincaid High School. As a child, she spent many summers happily at Nakanawa Camp for Girls in Tennessee, where she would later send her daughter.
After high school she left Texas and headed east to attend Pine Manor College for two years and then returned to finish her bachelor's degree at University of Texas at Austin. After college she moved to California. She spent many years in the San Francisco Area with her friends and enjoying time at Aptos beach.
Judy spent over three decades working as a realtor in the Palo Alto/ Menlo Park area. She developed long term friendships with many of her fellow realtors. She enjoyed participating in the local, state and national association of realtors. She served in various leadership roles for SILVAR, CAR and NAR.
Judy liked to relax by watching sports, especially the Warriors and Stanford. She also enjoyed reading, her favorite being British mysteries or a good spy novel. Her favorite place to be at peace was to go see the ocean.
In March 2019 she moved to Chula Vista to be closer to her daughter's family. Judy was a beloved mother and grandmother, an elegant lady who passed away at home, cared for by her family. Judy leaves to cherish her memory her two children Jennifer Lee and Robert Clark and their families including her her four grandchildren Michelle, Vivian, Jackson and Parker; who love and miss her very much.
