Juliet Tan Laynes

Juliet Tan Laynes, a beautiful woman, who was born on July 27, 1947 lived a life for seventy blessed years had passed away on October 6, 2017. Faith and Family were always prioritized in her life and this was seen through her actions, endurance, dedication in her service to God and her expressions of love, her nurturing heart and a giving spirit she had for her family and friends.

She is a Member of the Church of Christ – Iglesia Ni Cristo and she also held office in the Church, with the God blessed talents that were given to her. She was sociable and presented an upbeat personality to others with a genuine smile as she engaged in conversation. She was smart and highly organized. She would always say “do what you can do today, not tomorrow." In her education she was valedictorian in her elementary years and finished a four year Bachelor’s degree in three years. She enjoyed Art and took part in school plays and in the Drama Club. She enjoyed playing bowling, hosting a family get-together and traveling.

On September 2, 1973 she married Rodolfo Almuite Laynes. They had a sweet courtship that started in their high school years and continued all the way throughout their marriage. They always held hands as they shared laughter together which carried throughout their lives with playful conversation and loving smiles towards each other. Their love is kind, gentle, caring, pure and also forever. Juliet and Rodolfo had two children, Leslie and Lester. Leslie was born on November 19, 1975 and Lester was born on May 13, 1986. Her and Rodolfo raised Leslie and Lester as strong members of the Church of Christ, and raised them with strong values, behaviors and character.

Her drive to live her life was fueled by Faith for her Beliefs in God and the Love she has for her family. Her love is Forever and the her Beauty is never forgotten. She is dearly missed every day and though she has passed she still inspires others and is always loved by her family and friends.

She is survived by her husband Rodolfo A. Laynes, children Leslie Laynes Balignasa and Lester Laynes, her Grand children Lee Ryan Balignasa, Justin Jordan Balignasa, Benjamin Junior Balignasa and Jasmine Rose Balignasa.
