Kazuko Iha Gutana, 87 of San Diego, CA passed away the morning of October 16, 2019. She was an only child born in Saipan but grew up in Okinawa. Kazuko met her husband Pedro when he was stationed in Okinawa and they married and had six children: Edmundo (Mabu), Eduardo (d), Edna (d), Editha, Edalyn, and Edalita (d). Kazuko was a talented singer, dancer, and a homemaker. Performing and singing traditional Okinawan music. A talented artist, her biggest accomplishment was her family. She was preceded in death by her husband Pedro. Kazuko is survived by her children Edmundo, Editha, and Edalyn; grandchildren Peter, Janice, Krystle, Kristopher, Stacey, and Nikole; great-grandchildren Jaidyn, Noah, and Avery; and her favorite grandchild/furbaby Shilo.
