

She grew up in San Antonio, Nueva Ecija, Philippines with her parents and siblings Regalada, Tarcila, Consuelo, Sevilla, Manuel, Jovito and Emilio. She was orphaned at an early age and migrated to Manila to live with her siblings. She had her only child Estrellita at the age of 20 years old.
Laura migrated to the United States in 1992 to reunite with her daughter Estrellita and grandchild Randy.
During her time, Laura enjoyed cooking for family gatherings and traveling. Despite of her medical condition, Laura goes home to the Philippines to be with her many nieces, nephews, grandchildren and other relatives during the later years of her life.
Laura was known to be an ever loving “Nanay TANE” to everyone, a generous Aunt to many of her nieces and nephews. She was truly loved and will be greatly misses by her family.
Despite of her medical conditions, Laura will be remembered as a strong and independent woman who found strength in her relationship with God. She was a loving mother, grandmother, aunt and a great-grandmother who dearly loved her family.
She was survived by her only child Estrellita Speir and son-in-law Roger Speir. Her brother Jovito Aguirre Niro and Randy her grandchild.
To Nanay TANE, we sincerely thank you for everything you have done for this family; we love you dearly and you will always be in our hearts forever.
