

Liberty Cunanan Arceo, 64, of San Diego, California, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 25, 2024. Born on July 4, 1960, in the Philippines to Pedro Garcia Cunanan and Enriqueta Pantig Cunanan, Liberty lived a life full of love, kindness, and devotion to her family.
Liberty was the beloved wife of Bernardino Arceo and the proud mother of two daughters, Donna Arceo Arabaca and Joanna Arceo. She was also a devoted grandmother to Charlotte and Benjamin Arabaca, who brought her immense joy. For over 20 years, Liberty worked at the San Diego Housing Authority, where she made a lasting impact on her colleagues and the community.
In addition to her immediate family, Liberty leaves behind six siblings, who, along with her husband, children, and grandchildren, will miss her deeply. She is also survived by many other loving relatives and friends.
Her warmth, generosity, and gentle spirit will be remembered and cherished by all who knew her. Liberty’s legacy of love, dedication to family, and service to her community will continue to inspire and live on in the hearts of those she leaves behind.
There will be 2 nights of viewing held for Liberty on Friday, February 7th and Saturday, February 8th from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm in Glen Abbey's Magnolia Room.The following Monday, February 10th there will be a graveside service at 9:15 am at Miramar National Cemetery.
