

She was surrounded by her family and loved ones. Lucy was born in Inarajan, Guam on December 25, 1933. She absolutely loved having the same birth date as Jesus.
Lucy had a long career with the Federal Civil Service that began in 1969. She retired in 1997 as a Budget Analyst, GS-11. Lucy was a lifetime member of the Sons and Daughters of Guam Club and served as a Treasurer and Assistant Treasurer. She was a member of the organization Che’lu. Lucy led and organized the Novenas for Inarajan’s Saint Joseph and the Immaculate Conception.
Lucy was a loving parent, grandmother and great-grandmother. She enjoyed her family and her Guamanian culture immensely. She lived a full life and had many memorable experiences. She enjoyed trips to Guam, Italy with a visit to the Vatican, and cities across the US. She loved fashion and beautiful jewelry and wore them well.
Surviving family members include: Son, Joseph Isaacson and Son-in-law, Brian Epps; Son, Michael and Daughter-in-law; Jamie. Son, Steven and Daughter-in-law Pam; Son, Richard and Daughter-in-law, Arlene; Daughter, Ann. In addition, her loving niece Barbara Flores.
Grandchildren: Mikee, Meghan, Amanda, Nicholas, Brianna, Richard lll, Steven, Amelia, Ava, Lillian, Kaela, Alysha. Grand Children predeceased are Dylan and Bobby.
Great-Grandchildren: Lucy, Zoey, Daniel, Carlyann, Dorian, Rai, Elvis, Hari, Steven, Atticus and Maddox.
She is also survived by her sister, Anna, (Joseph) and their children, Joseph, (Joe), Luke, (Vivienne), Margaret, (Dan), Glen, and Tyrone, (Christina).
A Visitation for Lucy will be held Thursday, April 13, 2023 from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM at The Magnolia Room, followed by a Funeral Service from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM.
