Everyone’s life is the sum total of all of the people they have met, the things they have done, the places they have gone. Manuel Lozano was a loved one, a friend, and someone special. To family and friends who knew him best, Manuel will be remembered as a very exceptional person.
Manuel was born on April 6, 1945 in Yahualica, Jalsico Mexico to Casildo Lozano and Agustina Gallo. He had 5 brothers Javier, Jesus, Miguel, Jorge and Antonio along with 2 sisters, Juanita and Marta. Manuel was raised in the same city and state as his birth place.
Manuel exchanged wedding vows with Maria Perez on February 1, 1968. The location of the marriage took place in Santuario de San Miguel, Yahualica, Jalisco. Empathic and loyal Manuel was committed to making his new family happy.
While everything a person does in life contributes to who they grow into, it is ultimately the same person who holds the most influence on the next generation. Manuel was blessed with 3 daughters Mari, Silvia and Patty and 3 sons Casildo, Roberto and Manuel. He did his best to fulfill their needs, raising them in a positive and nurturing environment. Manuel was blessed later in life with 11 grandchildren.
How a person performs in the workplace can be a reflection on how they live their life. Fortunately, Manuel
enjoyed what he did for a living. Manuel was a Laborer for more than 40 years and showed strong work ethics, and doing his best to succeed.
Manuel enjoyed his leisure time in “reading the newspaper, watching the Padres, traveling and going to 7-11. He loved to watch Western movies, carne asadas with his family, riding his bike with his dog, watching Novelas with Mama and eating.
Manuel’s accomplishments were raising 6+1 children and being the best Vio to his 11 grandchildren and countless God Children. Being a devoted husband for 48 years.
Manuel passed away due to Natural Causes on May 27, 2016 in San Diego, California. Manuel is survived by: his wife, Maria Lozano, preceeded in death by Roberto Lozano (son), daughters Mari, Silvia Patty and his sons Casildo and Manuel. His 11 grandchildren Brian Fontes, Roberto Lozano, Adrian Lozano, Eliza Lozano, Willian Bland, Elena Lozano, Emilio Hernandez, Cristian Lozano, Iliana Hernandez, Neta Tovar and Marley Lozano. His brothers Javier, Miguel and Jorge and Antonio and sisters Juanita and Marta Lozano. Manuel leaves many other family members and friends to cherish his memory.
Services for Manuel Lozano are being handled by Glen Abbey Mortuary. A visitation service will be held on Wednesday, June 1, 2016 at Glen Abbey Mortuary Chapel from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be on Thursday, June 2, 2016 at St. Michael Catholic Church, 2643 Homedale St. San Diego, California
Simply stated, Manuel was a good and kind person, an individual who will for all time be remembered by his family and friends as being a caring and giving person, someone who was a vital part of their lives. He leaves behind the legacy of a loving family, life-long friendships and many cherished memories.
