Born in El Paso, TX to Edward and Maria Chavez, she graduated from Sweet Water Union High School in 1949. Connie worked for Pacific Bell Telephone Company, a career that lasted 21 years. She started her career as a telephone operator and retired as a clerical manager in 1974. She enjoyed her free time at the swap meet with her friends and family. Connie was loved by many. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Preceded in death by her parents and daughter, Teresa Michelle, and her three brothers, Hugo,Arturo and Chris. Connie is survived by her husband of fifty-seven years, Mike Dunaway, Sons Thomas Bryan and wife Oreen, Martin Bradley and wife Vicki, her four sisters, Amelia, Martha, Helen and Marcela. Grandchildren; Sean, Sara, Erin Alan, Cameron and Shane; Great granddaughter Abbey-Rose and numerous Nieces and Nephews residing in Nevada and California. She will be missed.
