Melchor Biaban Diaz, 51, passed away on March 11, 2016 in San Diego, California. He was born in Olongapo City, Philippines, on July 26, 1964. He studied electrical engineering in Manuel L. Quezon University in Quiapo, Manila. This helped him become a maintenance technician for Lincoln Military Housing for 13 years. Husband, father, and a friend to many, Melchor has greatly impacted the lives of those around him. Starting with a humble life in the Philippines, he strived for a better life for himself and his family in the United States. With his loving wife, Carolina, and his legacies, Meanne, Melisa, King, and Karl, his most memorable and intimate memories will continue to be remembered.
