Norlan is survived by his spouse, Daisy Reyes; his daughter Rosy Garcia; and his son Ryan Reyes.
Norlan was preceded in death by his son Jonlee Reyes; his father Jorge Reyes and his mother Maria Mina.
A visitation for Norlan will be held Wednesday, August 4, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Glen Abbey's Little Chapel of Roses, 3838 Bonita Road, Bonita, California 91902. A funeral mass will occur Thursday, August 5, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church, 13541 Stoney Creek Road, San Diego, California 92129. A committal service will occur Thursday, August 5, 2021 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Glen Abbey Memorial Park, 3838 Bonita Road, Bonita, California 91902.
