I was a high school classmate of Paul. He was always a kind and warm and friendly young man. I worked as a dental hygienist in Chula Vista and he became my patient in the early 2000’s. It was fun catching up with him and he was just as kind and friendly as I remembered. I retired in 2005 and we lost touch. I am so sorry to hear of his passing and didn’t hear of it until I read the list of those who had passed from our current HS reunion scheduled for this Fall. He was a kind and gentle soul and I”m sure will be greatly missed as he was greatly loved.

Paul was our next-door neighbor for 5 years in our first home on Telegraph Canyon Rd. What a sweet, wonderful, man and such a good neighbor! I always enjoyed visiting with him and in later years looked forward to his yearly Christmas message. I'm so sorry to see he passed away - what a loss for all those who knew and loved him. Praise God, death is a door. Because of Paul's strong faith, we can be sure he is with the Lord Jesus Christ and we will see him again! Leigh Anne and Wayne Bartlett

He and I went to Las Vegas as a graduation gift from SDSU.  Memories I will cherish. 


Our condolences to Cora and the rest of the family for the passing of Paul.  He was a classmate from our graduating year in high school, and we always saw him at our reunions.  He both attended and helped out with local dinners and brunches for the classmates in our area from 2004 to 2014.  He was always warm, friendly and hospitable, and always welcoming to new acquaintances.  He will truly be missed.  May his memory be eternal!
