Pedro Ibarra Ulloa

Pedro Ibarra Ulloa, age 78, of Chula Vista, California passed away on Saturday, June 8, 2024. Pedro immigrated to the United States in 1978 with his wife Albania and two children, Gladys and Pedro They made Chula Vista his home. Mario their third child completed the family. Pedro was able to create the American Dream.

Pedro was a devoted, trustworthy, hard working man. He loved his family and friends. He was a good provider and always reliable. He enjoyed day trips with family and bbq's.

Pedro enjoyed watching his children and grandchildren at sporting events and performances.

Pedro started working with the City of Chula Vista in 1981. He was part of Park and Recreation department and contributed to the beauty of downtown Chula Vista. He retired in December of 2015.

He left us too soon, but he continues to live in our hearts.

A visitation for Pedro will be held Wednesday, June 19, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Glen Abbey Chapel of Roses 3838 Bonita Road, Bonita, CA 91902. A funeral mass will occur Thursday, June 20, 2024 from 10:00 AM at Church of the Most Precious Blood, 1245 4th Ave, Chula Vista, CA 91911.

Pedro will be laid to rest at Glen Abbey Memorial Park following the mass.
