Pilar Evangelista Gonzales

Pilar was married to Florante R. Gonzales on March 3, 1963. They had two children Lalaine and Florante, Jr. Her husband, Florante R. Gonzales, went to be with the Lord on October 22,1996. She is survived by her daughter Lalaine, son-in-law Gonzalo Perez, son Florante, Jr., daughter-in-law Donna, and four grandchildren Leilani, Dante, Dane, and Dominic.

She lived her life as a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and follower of Jesus Christ. She was loved by all, and will be remembered for her hospitality, generosity and infectious laugh and smile. She was very warm and welcoming to everyone she encountered, and will be truly missed.

A visitation for Pilar will be held Friday, September 4, 2020 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Glen Abbey's Little Chapel of the Roses, 3838 Bonita Road, Bonita, California 91902. A graveside service will occur Saturday, September 5, 2020 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at Glen Abbey Memorial Park, 3838 Bonita Road, Bonita, California 91902. A burial will occur Saturday, September 5, 2020 at 3:00 PM. A reception will occur Saturday, September 5, 2020 from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM, 3838 Bonita Road, Bonita, California 91902.
