Rachel Chacon, age 77, of Spring Valley, California passed away on Monday, December 20, 2021. Rachel was born December 8, 1944.
A graveside service for Rachel will be held Wednesday, January 5, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Glen Abbey Memorial Park and Mortuary, 3838 Bonita Road, Bonita, CA 91902.
