I am just learning of Ray’s passing and am heartbroken.  My sincere condolences to Mrs. Lucero and their family.  I was a tenant of theirs for over 10 years and Ray treated me and my son like family.  He was a forgiving man while my son went through his teenage years and his concern for us was genuine.  I’ll always be grateful for his friendship.

I will miss my favorite patron and friend. He was the sweetest guy that came into the VFW Post 2111 and a honor to get to know him and his family when they came in to eat. My sincere condolences to his beautiful wife Alice, his two sons and the rest of family & friends morning the loss of such a special man. It was a privilege to know him and I will miss seeing his smiling face. 

Our deepest condolences to Auntie  Alice and Ray jr, Becky and Greg. Uncle Ray will be sincerely messed with his overgenerous heart and his great little jokes. He was the Patriarch of our family. You will be missed alot❤️❤️

Uncle Ray, one time long  long ago uncle Pont and I went over to your house when you and aunt Alice were at work and rode your bike around the neighborhood. It was a Triumph bike and way too cool. Love  you. Rest in peace great uncle. Bobby

I have known Ray since I was 21,now 51 July. Many memories and great times over the years. RIP ,GOD BLESS. The Murray family.
