Raymond Anthony Moreno

Ray & Carol Moreno had their first date on January 17, 1977. Together for almost 50 years, through the highs and lows, good times and bad times, wide roads and narrow paths, then and now, Ray loved Carol. “I love you more than you’ll ever know!” — Ray

Ray and Carol had three children together. They were his pride and joy. First was their daughter, Stephanie, his “Princess,” and her husband, Wonka. Next was his son, Raymond Jr., his “Prince and namesake,” and his wife, Amy. Then came his baby boy, Vincent, his “Partner,” and his wife, Melissa. He loved them all so much!

Ray had seven grandchildren: Mario (Jr.), Anastacio (Bo), Mariela (Sissy), Adilynn (Adi), Luke (Lukie), Nathan (Nath), and Savannah (Banana). Grumpy loved all of them even more!

Ray also had a great-grandson, Asael (Asa), and later this month, a great-granddaughter will be born. Grumpy would have given them his whole heart!

He was a very loved husband, a good dad, Grumpa, and Great-Grumpa. He was also a really good son, brother,cousin, and a really cool uncle and friend.

Ray loved and cared for so many. We want to thank everyone for all the thoughts, prayers, and support you have given to our family during this very difficult time. The pictures, the memories, and the stories you have shared with Ray are so heartfelt. I think most of you have a treasure he gave you, and each one was given with so much love.

He will be missed always.

A Memorial Service will be held at Glen Abbey Memorial Park and Mortuary, in the Chapel of Roses, 3838 Bonita Road, Bonita, CA 91902, US, on August 17, 2026, from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm.
