

Born on July 23, 1959, in Castillejos, Zambales, Philippines, Rebecca carried with her a deep love for family, community, and connection wherever life took her.
She retired after more than 30 years with the Department of Motor Vehicles, serving in multiple managerial and district leadership roles. She was respected for her leadership, professionalism, and dedication to public service. Her commitment to helping others continued through her service as President of Lions Clubs International and her active involvement in community programs.
Rebecca’s greatest joy was her family. She is survived by her children, Carlo, Amanda, and Alyscia; six beloved grandchildren; four siblings; and countless friends. Being a grandmother was her pride and happiness—she adored her grandchildren and treasured every moment with them.
Rebecca was a true people-person who made friends everywhere she went. Generous, warm, and welcoming, she made others feel valued and loved. Her laughter and kindness will be deeply missed.
Viewing will be held May 13 from 5–9 PM at Glen Abbey Memorial Park and Mortuary. Funeral Mass will be held May 14 at 10 AM at St. Charles Catholic Church, 990 Saturn Blvd. A graveside service will be held May 18 at 10 AM at Glen Abbey Memorial Park and Mortuary
