

Rennie Diaz Gregorio was born on October 31, 1948, in Orani, Bataan, Philippines. He departed from this life on January 8, 2025, in Chula Vista, California, at the age of 76. He leaves behind a legacy of love, service, and devotion to family & community.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 54 years, Teresita; his son Rennsie & daughter in law Bernadette; his daughter Rochelle & son in law Roy; his daughter Hazel & son in law Jay; his grandchildren Royce, Brenden, Renz, Rylen, Kailey, Lauryn, Alexa, Hyacinth, Hana, and Helena; and his great-grandson, Ronin.
Rennie served 25 years in the U.S. Navy, retiring in 1993 as a Chief Petty Officer. He then dedicated 17 years to the Harbor Police Department before retiring in 2010. A man of dedication and excellent work ethic- he made a lasting impact in both his military and civilian careers.
Above all, Rennie was a devoted husband and father who provided a beautiful life for his family.
He built a home filled with an abundance of love, roaring laughter, and cherished memories.
He was a mentor and friend to many. His generosity, wisdom, and kindness impacted countless lives.
Rennie lived life with passion and joy. He was active and enjoyed bowling, billiards, basketball, exercising, singing, dancing, photography, bringing everyone together, and hosting gatherings.
His vibrant soul made him the life of the party. His radiant smile and infectious laughter will be deeply
missed. Though he is no longer with us, his spirit will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
