

Ricardo S Bernardo Jr (Carding), who has been battling Parkinson’s Disease for over 10 years, passed away on May 11, 2020 in his Chula Vista home at the age of 83. He was born in Paranaque, Philippines on November 22, 1936 to Ricardo and Casimira Bernardo. He was the youngest and the last survivor of seven siblings. He retired from the US Navy in 1978 and from the Department of Defense Civil Service in 2003. He is survived by his wife, Zenaida; his three children (and spouse), Zorinna Aceron (Lincon), Zinnia Blythe (Dave) and Rainier Bernardo (Jenny); and his five grandchildren, Stephanie Aceron, Frank Blythe, Brittney Aceron, Hannah Blythe and Zachary Aceron.

For those who are local, you have the option of participating in the viewing drive by between the hours of 10:00 am - 11:30 am. Due to COVID19, you will not be allowed to park, only drive by.
