He was born October 12, 1952, in the Philippines, to Ireneo and Flora Garcia. He married Maria Concepcion Tenorio on June 21, 1975. He worked in the hotel industry in the year 1982 in Saudi Arabia and continued his career in the hotel industry in San Diego California until 2011. Rudy truly lived life to the fullest. He enjoyed every moment with his family and friends. Rudy is soft spoken and kind hearted who is loved by many! He is survived by his mother, his five children and their family and his brothers and sisters and their family. Rudy is now at peace and free of pain and now reunited with his wife in heaven.
