Rosa Guiao Manlutac
San Juan Bautista, Betis, Guagua, Pampanga
"I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, and I have kept the faith."
— 2 Timothy 4:7
With deep sorrow and hearts full of love, we announce the passing of our beloved Rosa Guiao Manlutac, who peacefully joined our Lord on July 8, 2026, at the age of 101. A devoted wife, loving mother, cherished grandmother, great-grandmother, and a blessing to all who knew her, she spent her later years surrounded by family in San Diego, California.
Born on May 8, 1925, in San Juan Bautista, Betis, Guagua, Pampanga, to Felix Guiao and Juana Capati, Rosa lived a life of faith, love, humility, and sacrifice. Together with her beloved late husband, Ramon Manlutac, she built a family founded on hard work, perseverance, and devotion. While Ramon worked tirelessly in the farm, Rosa lovingly cared for their 13 children, raising them with patience, discipline, prayers, and unconditional love.
A talented seamstress and devoted homemaker, Rosa’s hands reflected her creativity, dedication, and love for her family. Her greatest achievement was the beautiful family she nurtured and the values she passed on to future generations.
She is survived by her 11 children, 35 grandchildren, and 29 great-grandchildren, which will forever cherish her love, wisdom, kindness, and countless sacrifices. Her legacy will continue through the family she built and the many lives she touched.
Though our hearts are filled with sadness, we celebrate the beautiful life she lived. We find comfort knowing that she is now resting peacefully in the loving embrace of our Lord.
Eternal rest grants unto the soul of Rosa, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her. May she rest in peace. Amen.
We love you, Ima/Apu Sitang. Thank you for a lifetime of love, sacrifice, and devotion. You will forever remain in our hearts and will be deeply missed.
