Rosalia Pangilinan Carpio born in the Philippines on July 23, 1936 and passed away on March 10, 2026, at the age of 89. She will be remembered as compassionate, kind-hearted, generous, hard-working, unapologetic God fearing believer whose life reflected steadfast love for family, service to others, and unwavering faith.
From an early age, she took on responsibilities beyond her years and became the breadwinner of the family. Selling homemade food along the side streets to help provide. She stopped attending school and learned to sew, beginning work at a tailoring shop so she could help provide for her family.
At 24, Rosalia married Domingo. She is survived by her five children: Josephine, Francis, Marlene, Edwin, and Domingo Jr, 13 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Rosalia found joy in simple, life-giving things. She loved to garden and delighted in having plants throughout the home, creating spaces that felt cared for, welcoming, and alive.
A church-centered woman, never missed a church event and lived her beliefs through action. She loved cooking for others, and gave generously—donating money to the Philippines to help those in need. Her resilience and boldness were matched by a quiet humility, expressed in consistent service and a sincere concern for others.
Rosalia’s faith was a legacy she intentionally passed down to her children and grandchildren. A follower of Christ, she never missed an opportunity to share the Gospel, and her life remains a lasting example of devotion and belief.
