Salvador "Chavita" Ceballos Ortiz was born on August 5, 1941 and passed away on May 14, 2019 and is under the care of Glen Abbey Memorial Park & Mortuary.
Evening Visitation with Rosary at 6:30 p.m. will be held on May 23, 2019 at 5:00 pm at Glen Abbey's "Little Chapel of Roses" , 3838 Bonita Rd, Bonita, CA.
Funeral Mass will be held on May 24, 2019 at 9:00 am at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church , 293 "H" St, Chula Vista, CA.
Interment to follow at Glen Abbey Memorial Park.
