Born in Pampa, Texas on May 11, 1965, Sean earned both his bachelor's degree and juris doctorate from the University of Oklahoma. He moved to San Diego in 1989 to start an illustrious career as a litigation attorney. Sean married Yvette, his “pretty girl,” on May 29, 2004. Together they raised a blended family of four children.
Sean enjoyed professional success and truly loved his work as a civil defense attorney and later representing plaintiffs. He was a skilled legal writer with a keen eye for detail, and equally talented in the courtroom. A constant prankster, he brought levity to the workplace.
His true love was his wife and family, and he was quick to share his children’s accomplishments with friends and family. They hosted countless gatherings, where friends were welcomed as family and he shared his warm spirit and infectious laughter.
Sean was a mountain of a man. A towering stature, and equally charismatic personality that everyone gravitated towards. He was fiercely loyal, compassionate, and generous to family, friends and strangers. Through his actions, he set an example of excellence to all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Sean is survived by his wife, Yvette, children; Kyle, Rachel, Candice and Nicole; parents, Loyd and Murline; brothers, Brad and Derek.
