Always smiles from Sheen whenever we hung out

Some of my fondest memories were when Sheen, Shaun, my little brother Kenny and I would all get together to spend time with one another. Whether it was Discovery Zone, Pirates Cove or the beaches, there was never a dull moment when we were all together. 

One thing that remained constant was that Sheen was the leader of our group and always played the role of big brother. He made sure we stayed in line and didn’t do anything to get ourselves into “too” much trouble. 

Sheen, thank you for demonstrating what it meant to be an older brother during a time when there were few examples available for me to  emulate. 

Finally, thank you always encouraging me to stay curious and question things whenever they didn’t make sense. I’ll miss you cousin.

Words cannot express the sorrow we feel for you, Ed & Dorothy.  Please know we are holding you close in our thoughts and prayers.

Being a cousin from Guam, I was fortunate to travel frequently to San Diego where we would stay with Uncle Ed and Auntie Dor.  Sheen and I would chat  while I would use the computer upstairs on another computer. I have memories of us all at the different buffets that grandma Miyoko would want us to eat at, and if not at a buffet, eating at the house or gathering. 
Thanks to IG, I was able to keep in touch through his pictures, see the moments he shares with his family, and most especially tell him that I am praying for him and his family when his health journey began. 
Sheen is peacefully resting.  May we all find comfort in his rest and in God's Love.  My family sends our love, thoughts, and prayers.
