My fondest memory of auntie is when our families were stationed at NAS Jacksonville,  FL. I was still a toddler but I remember in those days children roamed freely around Naval housing.  Whenever I found my way to Uncle and Auntie's house she always made me something to eat. It was much safer during those days as a little child and families looked out for one another. I believe our Father God smiled often then and I pray that he smiles upon and lovingly embraces the departed soul of our beloved Mrs. Thelma Parani.  We will miss you Auntie Emma but will never forget you.

Auntie Emma has always radiated her love and kindness to those around her.  She has shown such grace and warmth as she welcomed us with open arms.  We honor her  in many ways and are so grateful to have had the chance to meet an Amazing Woman in heart and soul.

Lola  was the best lola. She cares about everyone and always helps us when we need help. She makes everyone happy with her amazing cooking and her willing to be kind to everyone. I remember when she would pick me and my sister up at school with Lolo Lito. She would bring us sandwiches with Gatorade and fruit. She always made sure that we ate her  sandwiches and drank the Gatorade. It is truly sad that we lost her. We love you and will miss you Lola!


Auntie Emma epitomized the true meaning of the following:

Beauty
Kindness
Forgiveness  
Selfless love and devotion to God, her friends and family, and specially the love of her life Uncle Ponting
I do not have to cite anecdotes to prove it because we have all seen it , experienced it and lived it!

Auntie Emma, all of us can only wish that  we could be like you and live like you, but you are superbly one of a kind, a tough act to follow. Our hearts are broken by your untimely passing and no words are enough to describe the pain that we all feel. But we know God has you in a very special place in heaven.

We will truly miss you.  We love you!

I never thought I would be writing this tita emma. Im still in denial of you leaving us but Im so thankful that we were able to spend some quality time together even for just a short period of time. Those are precious moments that I will forever treasure. You were so kind, humble, caring, selfless and loving person. I love you so much tita emma and I miss you and your smiles :( I still cant believe that you're gone but know that you will forever remain in our hearts.

One of the few women I truly adore. She was filled with unmeasurable beauty and grace. She was kind hearted and calm. She was loving, caring and understanding. A pillar of inspiration to everyone around her. Our time together was one of the best.

I shed a lot of tears when Lily left us, 83 days ago to be exact.  It's an awful feeling that I have to shed more tears for your passing Emma.  GOD I'm not questioning YOUR plan!!!.  What I'm  asking YOU is to give us the courage to accept YOUR will. YOU know  what is best for us.  Let us not dwell on sadness.  Let's cherish our fond memories together. Although we've known each other for only a short period of time, we've found you and Lito  as a warm and sincere couple worthy to be considered a friend.  Rest in Peace now Emma.  You will be in our prayers.  The OK City Family will be missing you a lot.

A lot of times, we don’t understand the will of God but our faith tells us we don’t need to understand, for like children, we totally depend on our Father and only Him knows what the future holds.  At times, we don’t appreciate the pain that we suffer, but if we believe in the passion of our Lord, each pain is made for our own salvation and for the salvation of the many souls and of the world 🙏. So, it’s better to have pain on earth and receive the glory after death and unto the life to eternity with our Risen Lord and our Father, the Almighty🙏

The first and last time we watched movie with Rhoda and Monching was the " The hows of  us". its not that long ago, i remember you have a  tears in your eyes  after watching it, and i said to myself i will not cry on that movie, and i did . but now, you make me cry.
