

Everyone’s life is the sum total of all of the people they have met, the things they have done, the places they have gone. Virginia was no exception. She was a loved one, a friend, and someone special. To family and friends who knew her best, Virginia will be remembered as an exceptional person.
Virginia’s life journey began on January 3, 1956. She first greeted the world in Caloocan City, Philippines. Her parents' were Sotero and Maria Guevarra. She was raised with 5 brothers Sotero, Domingo, Feliciano, Bernabe and Jose and 2 sisters Leonora and Mila. Virginia was usually involved in all sorts of activities with her family sharing many life experiences over the years.
Falling in love is a huge milestone for any person. Just knowing that you have met that special someone is a magical feeling. Virginia experienced that with Romulo Relopez and the couple exchanged wedding vows on March 8, 1974. The wedding took place in Malabon, Philippines. Empathic and loyal, Virginia was committed to making her new family happy.
While everything a person does in life contributes to who they grow into, it is ultimately this same person who holds the most influence on the next generation. Virginia was blessed with 4 children Joy, Marianne, Rommel and Joanne. Virginia worked hard to be a good mother to her children and did her best to fulfill their needs, raising her children in a positive and nurturing environment. Later on, Virginia was blessed with the gift 8 grandchildren.
How a person performs in the workplace can be a reflection on how they live their life. Fortunately, Virginia enjoyed what she did for a living.
A person's hobbies often mirror who they have become. Virginia enjoyed her leisure time by taking part in a number of different activities, including gardening, shopping, home decorating and most of all spending time with family and especially her grandchildren. She was usually willing to share her interests with others.
Virginia Guevarra Relopez left us on September 10, 2013. She passed away her home. She is survived by her husband Romy, her children Joy, Marianne, Rommel and Joanne. Sons-in-law Robert and Jeffrey, daughter-in-law Rochelle and grandchildren, Jered, Jillian, Jorrel, Jamie, Jeremy, Jayden, Ave Jade and Johan. Services were handled by Glen Abbey Mortuary. A Celebration of Life was held at The Little Chapel of the Roses in Glen Abbey’s Memorial Park on Wednesday, September 18, 2013 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
So this is Virginia’s life, the sum of the woman that she became. Simply stated, Virginia was a good and kind person, an individual who will for all time be remembered by her family and friends as being caring and giving, someone who was a vital part of their lives. Virginia leaves behind her a legacy of lifelong friendships and many cherished memories. Everyone whose life Virginia Guevarra Relopez touched will always remember her with a smile.
