Winifredo Quintos Bactad

Winifredo Quintos Bactad was born on July 22, 1946 in San Narciso, Zambales, Philippines to Conrado and Adela Bactad. He was married to Meriam May Bactad for over 50 years, and had one daughter, Elaine May Esguerra. He was blessed with two sets of twin grandchildren - Grace, Mila, Luke and Liam. He had three sisters (Windelina Nankil, Ophelia Famisan, and Tessie Almero) and one brother (Warner Bactad). He lived the majority of his life in San Diego, CA. He passed away peacefully after a brave battle over his illness. He was a loving and generous husband, Dad, and Papa, who loved his family and friends with all of his heart. We will miss and love him forever. May his soul rest in peace.

A visitation for Winifredo will be held Wednesday, May 4, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Glen Abbey Memorial Park and Mortuary, 3838 Bonita Road, Bonita, CA 91902. A funeral service will occur Thursday, May 5, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at First United Methodist Church Chula Vista, 1200 E. H St., Chula Vista, CA 91910. A committal service will occur Thursday, May 5, 2022 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM, 3838 Bonita Road, Bonita, CA 91902. A reception will occur Thursday, May 5, 2022 from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM at Chula Vista Golf Course, 4475 Bonita Road, Bonita, CA 91902.
