Delores Ann Bain

Delores was born on November 1, 1963, in Orrville, Ohio, to Thomas Edward Pittman and Alice Jeanette Pittman. She married Randall Scott Bain on June 21, 1986, in Fort Myers, Florida. She graduated from Riverdale High School, Fort Myers, FL, Class of 1981.

Delores dedicated 38 years of service to Publix, where she held several positions, including Meat Department Manager and, later, Seafood Specialist. She was a loyal, dedicated, and hardworking woman who took pride in her work and consistently went above and beyond for those she served.

Above all, Delores was a loving wife to Randall, with whom she had just celebrated 40 years of faithful marriage. She was a wonderful mother who loved her three sons dearly and took great pride in each of them. She supported their interests and passions throughout their lives, always doing what she could to encourage them. Her infectious laughter, love of family, and the memories made in those everyday moments will remain treasured by those who knew and loved her.

Delores was preceded in death by her mother, Alice Jeanette Pittman.

She is survived by her loving husband, Randall Bain; her three sons, Thomas Bain (Lyanne), Daniel Bain (Indya), and Andrew Bain (Reagen); her siblings, Roy Pittman, Diana Brock, and Jeanette Graessle; her father, Thomas Edward Pittman; and her beloved grandchildren, Liberty Bain and Abigail Murphy.

Though her family grieves the loss of someone so deeply loved, they find comfort in the promises of God and the hope of eternal life through Jesus Christ. Delores has peacefully gone home to be with the Lord, and her family holds close the assurance that this earthly goodbye is not the end.

A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 7, 2026, at Park Alliance Church (7469 San Carlos Blvd, Fort Myers, FL 33967). Family and friends are invited to gather to celebrate Delores's life, share memories, and honor the legacy she leaves behind.
